WHO WE ARE

The team behind Phintch

Phintch was founded by three former University of New Mexico students who saw the same thing across their home state: a wealth of talented local filmmakers and a lot of untapped stories, but nowhere built to keep that work alive once the festival lights went down.

So they built it themselves—a streaming platform made by New Mexicans, for New Mexican film. Phintch gives independent filmmakers from the Land of Enchantment a permanent home for their work and a direct line to the audiences, institutions, and supporters who want to champion it.
